Yeme Bozuklukları

Yeme bozuklukları ülkemizde de rastlanan bir rahatsızlık şeklidir. Anoreksia nervoza, bulimia nervosa ve obezite gibi üç ana türü vardır. İlk ikisinde, birey zayıflamak için aşırı derecede ve sağlıksız yöntemlerle uğraş vermektedir. Sonuncusunda ise depresyonla yakın ilişkili bir aşırı yeme söz konusudur.

Dört Temel Gıda Grubu

  1950'lerde dört temel gıda grubu kavramı geliştirildi. Amaç insanlara dengeli, sağlıklı bir diyetin temelini oluşturmak için uygun türleri ve miktarları seçmelerine yardımcı olmaktı. Bu gruplar şunlardır:
   · Süt ve süt ürünleri
   · Et, balık ve kümes hayvanları
   · Sebze ve meyvelar
   · Tahıllar (ekmek ve hububat gibi) Kalori tüketimini arttırmak isteyen insanlar için beşinci bir grup da vardır. Bu grup yağlar, şekerler ve alkolden oluşur.
   Yiyeceklerinizi bu dört temel gruptan seçerseniz ve tavsiye edilen günlük miktarlarda alırsanız, dengeli, sağlıklı bir diyete ulaşırsınız.

Kahvaltının Önemi

Sabah kahvaltı yapmadan güne başlamak şişmanlığın oluşmasına zemin hazırlar.
   Doğru beslenmeyi uygulayabilmek için önce alışkanlıklarınızı bırakmanız gerekiyor. Bu alışkanlıklar ya doğumdan itibaren başlayarak çocukluk ve ergenlik dönemlerinde anne, anneanne veya babaannenin birey üzerindeki etkisinden ya da okul hayatı, iş hayatı, reklam sektörünün çok gelişmesinden dolayı görsel etkilerden kaynaklanmış sadece karın doyurma amacı ile yapılan yanlış beslenme alışkanlıklarından mı?

Yapay KALP AKCİĞER DOLAŞIMI

Kalp-akciğer makinesi operasyondan 60 dakika önce hazırlanır. Sistemler yerleştirilir, bağlantılar sağlanır. Sistem kristaloid solüsyonlar ile prime edilir ve birkaç dakika boyunca çalıştırılarak hava kabarcıkları ve emboliler sistemden temizlenir.

Konjenital kalp hastalıkları ve gebelik

Konjenital kalp hastalığı olan annelerin gebeliklerinde prognozu ve bebeğin sağlığını etkileyen başlıca faktörler; defektin yeri ve yapısı, siyanozun olup olmaması, pulmoner vasküler direnç, hemoglobin düzeyi, fonksiyonel kapasite ile cerrahi onarım öyküsü ve tipidir. Siyanozun varlığı, fonksiyonel kapasitenin kötü olması, kalp yetmezliği ve aritmilerin olması, tromboembolik olaylar ve anginal semptomlar prognozun kötülüğünü gösterir. Siyanotik annelerin yaklaşık %45’inde, asiyanotik annelerin ise yaklaşık %20’sinde bebek kaybı olduğu bildirilmiştir. Ayrıca düşük doğum ağırlığı ve premature doğum riski yüksektir. Doğan bebeklerde mental ve fiziksel bozuklukların görülme oranı normal populasyondan daha fazladır. Konjenital kardiyak anomalili bebek riski de normalden çok daha yüksektir (%4-16 arasında).
